Cast aluminum stationary double-pulley truck installed with stainless steel set screws, designed to fit over top of an outdoor flagpole. Two 2″ Diameter pulleys on 1/4″ stainless steel axles. Top is threaded to accommodate an ornament with 1/2″ spindle threading. Maximum halyard diameter is 5/16″.
