Delivery
WGN FLAG & DECORATING CO. ships via UPS and USPS, and can arrange FedEx shipping if needed. International shipping is also available via FedEx or UPS2. All duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility3.
Delivery Methods:
We typically ship via UPS and USPS. FedEx shipping can be arranged upon request. Shipping via the customer's FedEx/UPS account number must be set up via email or phone before shipment. Local delivery and local messenger services are also available upon request.
Rush Service
We try to ship out all orders immediately upon receipt whenever and wherever possible. Some products need to be ordered in, and some are made to order. Rush Services and expedited shipping are available on certain products for an additional fee. Call or email to see if rush shipping or rush production services are available for your order.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We can ship via USPS ONLY to PO Boxes. Oversized products, bulk orders, etc. may not be eligible for shipping to a PO Box. Call or email to see if your order can be shipped to your PO Box.
International Shipping
All of our products can be shipped internationally. International shipping rates and all duties/taxes are fully the responsibility of the customer. International shipments can be made via FedEx or UPS Only. Please allow additional time for international shipments and for processing at Customs.
