Cast aluminum stationary truck installed with stainless steel set screws, designed to fit over top of an outdoor flagpole. 2″ Diameter pulley on 1/4″ stainless steel axle. Top is threaded to accommodate an ornament with 1/2″ spindle threading. Maximum halyard diameter is 5/16″.
