Molded fiberglass stationary truck with 1 1/2″ outside diameter pulley. Truck has 1 1/4″ stem and is designed be installed on flagpoles that have up to a 3 1/4″ outside diameter top with female fitting installed. Top of truck is threaded to accommodate a 1/2″ diameter spindle for flagpole ornaments. Maximum halyard diameter is 5/16″.
