Most digitally printed vinyl banners ship in less than a week, but please note that production times can vary depending on the time of year, but most digitally printed flags ship in 4-6 weeks. Most applique work takes about 6 weeks.

YES! Wherever and whenever possible, all of our flags are made in the USA using only domestic materials and American labor. *Certain licensed products that are not produced by WGN may have a different country of origin.

Yes! We not only install and repair flagpoles, we are some of the leading experts in the matter! Our highly-knowledgeable crew can tackle even the most difficult repairs, getting your flags back to flying proudly in no time. Not in the Chicagoland area? We can still help! We can tap our deep network across the country to help you find the perfect person to repair or install your flagpole.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns on unopened/unused items (except custom-made items) within 30 days from the time of delivery. All returns must be authorized; reach out to our team to get your return started. Your refund will go to the same payment method you used to place your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error made on our end.

We get asked this all the time! But the answer is NO; we aren’t affiliated with WGN-TV or WGN Radio, and in fact, our company has been around long before either station. Our initials stand for William George Newbould (WGN) who founded our company in 1916.

We ship via UPS and USPS on a daily basis. FedEx shipments can be made upon request. Need Next Day Air or Second Day Air delivery? Wherever possible, we’ll ensure you get your order right away (additional charges apply). Just reach out to one of our WGN Flag representatives to set up your delivery.
